Bachelor of Laws from UniCeub – Centro Universitário de Brasília. LL.M in Infrastructure and Regulation Law, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. LL.M in Energy Law and Business in the Electricity Sector (in progress), from Centro de Estudos em Direito e Negócios (CEDIN).

Over ten years of experience in Litigation and Consultancy, both in Public and Private Law, and with involvement in complex issues of the electricity sector, either in judicial litigation or before the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL). He has worked in renowned law firms and in a large group of companies in the electricity sector.

Member of the Special Commission on Electric Energy of the Brazilian Bar Association of Rio de Janeiro.
