Graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2001), with Specialization in State Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2004), LL.M. in Corporate Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (2008) and Regulatory Compliance Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (2020).

Experience of 20 years of professional practice, with focus on corporate law, especially in tax, contracts, compliance, intellectual property and privacy and personal data protection, acting in national and multinational companies of sectors such as logistics, insurance and communications and in other renowned law firms.
