Master’s Degree in Economic Law, Gama Filho University (UGF) – 1994. Specialization in Labor Law, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) – 1999.

Consulting for Brazilian and foreign companies in different market segments, such as consumer goods, industrial goods and services, energy (oil and gas), pharmaceutical, hospitality and leisure (hotels and resorts), infrastructure, media and entertainment, financial and banking services, technology (telecommunications), real estate and health care in the Labor Court.

Represented international telecommunications services companies in several litigation and restructuring and outsourcing cases.

Acted in litigation proceedings for Brazilian and foreign companies in different market segments, such as consumer goods, industrial goods and services, energy (oil and gas), pharmaceutical, hospitality and leisure (hotels and resorts), infrastructure, media and entertainment, financial and banking services, technology (telecommunications). He has vast experience in negotiations with unions (PLR and PPR).
