Holds a B.A. in International Relations from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco – FIRB (2012) and an LL.B. in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU (2019); holds an LL.M. in Law and Business Practice from Centro de Extensão Universitária – CEU Law School (2020). 

Victor focuses on providing legal and business consulting services to domestic and international companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, due diligence, shareholders’ agreements, encompassing general corporate practice and the strategic management of corporate routines. 

He is experienced in advising publicly traded companies before the CVM, B3, and SEC, participating in capital market transactions, particularly the issuance of debentures. 

In the contracts area, his practice emphasizes the drafting of complex agreements for the supply of products and services, including Software as a Service (SaaS) and data privacy compliance (LGPD).
