Graduated in Law from Centro Universitário Metrocamp Wyden. He is a specialist in Contract Law from Faculdade Paulista de Direito – EPD and a specialist in Civil Procedure from Centro Universitário UNIDOMBOSCO.

Leandro Gonçalves has more than 10 years’ experience working in the energy sector, working for various companies in the sector, with vast experience in the Energy Distribution, Transmission and Generation segments. 

Leandro has in-depth experience in the energy, biogas and biomethane infrastructure sector, excelling in drafting, reviewing and negotiating highly complex contracts, including: EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), Built to Suit, BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer), working with a holistic view of the business. Leandro also deals with matters related to the operation of these contracts after they have been concluded, including activities in the areas of litigation, arbitration, regulatory, civil and environmental issues, among others. 

In addition to his vast experience in negotiating contracts, Leandro also works with corporate and M&A matters, including monitoring due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating SPA (Share Purchase Agreement), MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) (NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), Shareholders Agreement, articles of association, opening and closing companies, drawing up minutes of meetings, among other activities.
